William (Bill) B. Benjamin

WILLIAM (BILL) BENJAMIN, age 82, formerly of Davison, died September 8, 2013 at Hurley Hospital. His funeral service will be held at 11AM Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Peace Presbyterian Church, 1521 N. Elms Rd., Flint, MI 48532, with Pastor David Galbraith officiating. Burial will be in Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, MI. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 10, 2013 from 11AM to 2PM and 4PM to 8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the A&D Charitable Foundation or Peace Presbyterian Church. Bill was born on June 10, 1931 to Stanley and Lillion Benjamin. Bill was a long time member of the Peace Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed fishing, boating, doing Sudoku puzzles, watching Michigan and Michigan State football, and most of all, spending time with his family. Surviving is his wife, Esther; children: David (Debbie) Benjamin and Paul (Kristie) Benjamin; grandchildren: Nicholas and Daniel; sisters: Dottie Holmes, Helen Knudtzov, and Norma Cade. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Edward and Bob Benjamin.
