Vera M. Krause

VERA M. KRAUSE, age 96 of Davison, died Sunday, March 5, 2017. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. Vera was born in Lapeer, Michigan on September 12, 1920 to Homer and Sadie (Shenkleton) Ruby. She taught Sunday school at the Richfield Road United Brethren Church, where she as a member. She enjoyed painting, reading and traveling. Vera is survived by her grandchildren: Tina (Brian) Roseberry and Tony Lukonen; daughter-in-law, Rosemary Lukonen; great-grandchildren: Brianna, Sydni, Karlie, and Kylee; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Eino Lukonen; second husband, Ervin Krause; son, Donald Lukonen; and sister, Hazel Blaumont.
