TRUMAN G. CRONKRIGHT, age 75 of Otisville, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 24, 2009 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be 11AM Friday, August 28, 2009 at Hudson Funeral Service, Pastor Mike Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Hill Cemetery, Otisville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6PM-9PM; and Thursday from 10AM-2PM and 6PM-9PM. Truman was born in Flint, MI on May 9, 1934 to Willis and Clara (Williams) Cronkright. He married Barbara Evans on August 23, 1952 in Burton, MI. He retired from Buick and was a member of the UAW-599 and Cornerstone Faith and Worship Center in Clio. He enjoyed farming and playing with tractors. Surviving is his wife of 57 years, Barbara; Daughters: Jean Ann Whitney and Rose (Keith) Cummiford; Grandchildren: Stephanie (Joshua) Krause and Justin Conaway; Great-Grandchildren: Malik, Khaleem, Imani, and Khamari; Brothers: Willis (Dot) Cronkright, Thomas (Marge) Cronkright, Don (Bonnie) Nyman, and Gordon (Gloria) Nyman; Sisters-In-Law: Sharon Cronkright and Loretta Nyman; Brothers-In-Law: Cal Greenman and Chuck Hays; and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Lilian and Clara; brothers: Donald and Al. The family would like to express a special thank you to all of the CCU Nurses at McLaren.
