Thomas James Briskey

Thomas James Briskey, age 42 of Genesee area, died Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at his residence. The family will receive visitors from 5-8PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 and Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home.

Tom was born in Flint, MI on November 10, 1983 to James and Michelle Briskey. He enjoyed doing leather work and attending Renaissance fairs. Tom had a passion for blacksmithing and was an avid hunter. Tom would help anyone in need and at any time, without question.

He is survived by his wife, Kristin; children: Hunter, Kimber, and Kayleigh; parents, Jim and Michelle Briskey; sister, Olivia (Matt) Briskey; brother and sister-in-laws: Shannon (Eric Wiesenfield) Goodhue and Christopher (Sarah Bennett) Goodhue.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Thomas Frank, Betty Briskey, and Robert Leach.
