Terry Jean Corbin

Terry Jean Corbin, age 68 of Lapeer, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2026. A memorial service will be held at 2PM on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, 1009 N. Saginaw St., Lapeer, MI. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Matthew’s Church.

Terry was born on February 1, 1958 in Saginaw, MI to Warren and Phyllis Corbin. She grew up in Defiance, OH, Royal Oak, MI, and Saginaw, MI. Terry graduated from Royal Oak Dondero High School, and worked various jobs before joining the US Army, where she enjoyed working in the motor pool. She enjoyed traveling, music, dancing, going bargain shopping with her daughter, spending time with her dogs, attending church services, and participating in church activities. Terry will be remembered for her thoughtfulness and kindness to others and her devotion to her daughter, Teresa, which became her life’s work.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Jean Corbin; siblings: Steve, Gail, and Mary Corbin; sister-in-law, Linda Frank; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
