Susan Kay Barnard

SUSAN KAY BARNARD, age 72 of Otisville, died Tuesday, December 20, 2016. Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at 1PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Bruce Malicoat officiating. Burial will follow the service in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 10AM until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Susan was born on April 15, 1944 to Donald and Catherine Engelmann. She was a Detroit Sports fan and enjoyed fishing, crafting, camping, and taking her dog for walks. Susan is survived by her children: Kathi (Rob), Kevin (Tina), and Kip (Tara); grandchildren: Kara (Jordan) Waite, Joshua Barnard, and Ashlei Barnard; great-grandchildren: Isabela and Travis Robert, Jr.; siblings: Jerry Engelmann, Cindy Engelmann, Rick Engelmann, and Al Engelmann; and special friend, Amy Barnard. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Mark Engelmann; and grandson, Travis Robert Kindt.
