Sue Ellen Wescoat

SUE ELLEN WESCOAT, age 65 of Otter Lake, died Monday, September 2, 2013 at her residence. Her funeral service will be at 11AM Friday, September 6, 2013 at the funeral home, with Rev. Gerald Mumford officiating. Cremation will take place following the service. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 4, 2013 from 4-8PM and on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 12-8PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family. Sue was born on May 29, 1948 to Clyde and Othealia Smith. She worked for 12 years as Treasurer for the Village of Otter Lake. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed doing genealogy. She was known as the "walking family tree." Surviving is her husband, Raymond; children: Lynnette (Dale) Carll, Michael (Tina) Wescoat, and Amber Conlay; grandchildren: Ryan, Logan, Zachary, Patricia, Edward, Michael, Jr., and Steven; brothers and sisters: Annalee (Wayne) Lawe, David (Deanna) Smith, Phillip Smith, Richard (Laurie) Smith, Krystal (Joe) Myers. She was preceded in death by her parents and her grandson, William Daniel. The family would like to thank Genesys Hospice for their care.
