Sharon R. Hueter

Sharon R. Hueter, age 77 of North Branch, died on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Suncrest in Lapeer. Her memorial service will be held at Noon on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at the Otisville Church of Christ. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 11AM until the time of her service at the church. Contributions may be made to Michigan Christian Youth Camp, 820 N. Lake George Rd., Attica, MI 48412.

Sharon was born in Paragould, AR on December 9, 1946 to Carlos and Charlene Batey. She was a member of Lapeer Church of Christ and attended Otisville Church of Christ the last few years. Sharon loved reading, tending to her flower gardens, and listening to gospel music. She worked at Suncrest for 15 years. She found great joy in taking care of people.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Hueter; children: Rick (Kellie) Hueter and Jamie Hueter; grandchildren: Zac (Chelsea) Hueter, Sarah (Zack) McCarthy, and Lauren Peplinski; great grandchildren : Keegan, Oliver, Jacob, Addisyn, and Madilyn; and sister, Pam Batey. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Ronnie Hueter; and four siblings.
