Scott A. Carpenter

SCOTT A. CARPENTER, age 32 of Otisville, died February 15, 2014 at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 4PM on Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Otisville Church of Christ, with Pastor Sam Pace officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, February 16, 2014 from 4-8PM at the funeral home and Monday, February 17, 2014 from 2PM until service time at the church. Contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Scott was born on May 25, 1981 to Ted and Sharon (Scruggs) Carpenter He was a member of the Otisville Church of Christ. Scott enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, camping, and spending time with his family. Surviving is his wife, Ashley Carpenter; son, Jake Carpenter; stepdaughter, Aubree Clason; parents, Ted and Sharon Carpenter; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Carpenter and cousin, Crystal Wright. Scott was loved by many and touched many people's lives. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the 6th floor health care team at U of M hospital.
