ROY J. COOK age84 formerly of Mt. Morris died Monday December 19, 2005 at the home of his daughter in Millington. Funeral services will be held 2 PM. Wednesday December 21, 2005 at Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville with Pastor Rick Flanders officiating. Burial in West Deerfield Cemetery Visitation will be Wednesday 10 am to time of services. Contributions may be made to Genesys Hospice, 7280 S. State Rd. Goodrich, MI 48438. He was born in Bay City, MI on November 2, 1921 the son of Lewis and Mabel (Nickols) Cook and married to Anne Lewis on 1946. He retired from General Motors, AC Spark Plug as a painter. Roy served as a WW II Army Veteran and a member of VFW Post 8236. He was survived by daughter: Judy (Gary) Rooney of Millington, son: Gerald (Barb) Cook of Saulte St. Marie, Son : Dan (Marge) Cook of Oscoda, Daughter: Kay (Tim) Harden of Durand, 17 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren Preceded in death by his wife Anne on June 29, 1999, her brothers David and Gordon Cook, Sister Evelyn Belinsky, grandsons Gary Rooney II and Tim Cook
