Roxann Banks

ROXANN BANKS, age 72 of Otisville, died Sunday, April 4, 2021 at Suncrest in Lapeer. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family service held at a later time. Roxann was born on October 2, 1948 to Erwin and Elvera Wiggins. She was a Master Gardener and was in several walking groups. She enjoyed doing cross-stitch and spending time with her grandchildren. Roxann is survived by her son, Mike (Violet) Sabo; grandchildren: Alexander and Maximilian; and sister, Patricia Dunnigan. She was preceded in death by her brother, Douglass Wiggins and her parents.
