Robert "Bob" Watt

ROBERT "BOB" WATT, age 86 of Clio, died Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Wellspring Lutheran Home of Frankenmuth. His funeral service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Victor DiBerardino. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 10AM until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Bob was born in Owosso, MI on July 25, 1931 and served in the US Air Force. He worked for GM at "Chevy in the Hole" for 38 years and was a member of the UAW. He always said he wanted to be retired longer than what he worked. Bob was on several bowling leagues. He was also a devout Christian and always took care of everyone before himself. Bob is survived by his children: Colleen (Butch) Smith and Tricia Watt; grandchildren: Kristi (Mike) Cross, Heather (Rafiel Mims) Vitek, David Vitek II, Harrison (Emily Miller) Smith, and Kyle (Tessa Hitsman) Smith; many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy; sons: Robert David Watt and James David Watt; and parents, James and Lucille Watt.
