Robert "Bob" Norris Maclaren

ROBERT "BOB" NORRIS M A CLAREN, age 72 of Otisville, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at McLaren-Flint. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. To honor Bob, the family will receive visitors on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 11AM until 4PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial of ashes at Great Lakes National Cemetery will take place in the spring. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to K9 Companion Rescue Center, 4820 S. Baldwin Rd, Orion Charter Twp., MI 48359 or to Pets for Vets at www.petsforvets.com. Bob was born on July 27, 1947 in Flint, MI to Oliver and June McLaren. He married Linda Norton on July 9, 1968. Bob served his country during the Vietnam conflict. He enjoyed hunting, woodworking, reading, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his grandchildren. Bob is survived by his wife, Linda; daughter, Tara (Jamie) Gibson; grandchildren: Sofia, Cole, and Amelia; sister, Kay (Bob) Graham; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Bobbi MacLaren; sister, Marie McMillian; and his parents.
