Robert G. Kurucz

ROBERT G. KURUCZ, age 72 of Otisville, died on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at his residence. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will take place at Great Lakes National Cemetery at a later date. Robert was born in Buffalo, New York on April 6, 1949 to George and Elizabeth Kurucz. He answered the call to serve his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam war. He enjoyed fishing, and cooking. Robert also volunteered at the food bank when he lived in Arizona. He loved spending time with children, especially teaching them to cook. He even wrote a cookbook using children's recipes. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons: Robert Kurucz and Bobby Kurucz, Mike Weymers Jon Weymers Pat Weymers; grandchildren: Ashley, Amber, Callen, and Jackson; and sisters: Barbara Kurucz, Debbie Green, and Donna Torres. He was preceded in death by his parents.
