Rhea Atwell

RHEA ATWELL, age 94 of Otter Lake, died Sunday, September 17, 2017 at her home. Her memorial service will be held at Noon on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Mumford- Hudson Funeral Home. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, September 21, 2017 from 10 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Rhea was born on October 16, 1922 to Fred and Carrie Warren. She enjoyed reading, working puzzles, and gardening. Rhea is survived by her sons: Warren "Pete" (Faye) Atwell, LeRoy (Estelle) Atwell, and Jerry (Traci) Atwell; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and son in-law Dave Stroope. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; daughter, Sandy Stroope; grandson, Butch Norris; great grandson, Hunter Atwell; siblings and parents. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregiver of many years, Cathy Harris.
