Rebecca Whitsitt

Rebecca Whitsitt, age 61 of Flint, died on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at her residence. Her funeral service will held at 1PM on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service. The family will receive visitors on Friday, April 26, 2024 from 4-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.

Rebecca was born in Flint on July 13, 1962 to Paul and Lera Alexander. She enjoyed going to the casino, shopping, and going on cruises. Rebecca also loved her animals.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Whitsitt; children: Kevin Whitsitt, and Kasey Whitsitt; grandson, Jensen; siblings: Bob Alexander, Alberta (Gerald Ford) Alexander, Vera (John) Heath, and Kathy (JR) Fuller; sisters-in-law: Judy (Mike) Klatt and Michelle Whitsitt; mother-in-law, Barbara Whitsitt; special niece, Kim Fox; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins from Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Paula (Bruce) Rubey; nephew, Paul VanAllen; brother-in-law, Jeffry Whitsitt; and father-in-law, Donald Whitsitt.
