Olaf Dwayne Bentley

Olaf D. Bentley, age 66 of Flint, died on Monday, May 21, 2023 at McLaren Hospital. His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Pastor Carol Freeland officiating. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 4-8PM and Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 10AM until the time of his service at the funeral home. Olaf was born in Flint, MI on April 26,1957 to Olaf and Connie Bentley.

He is survived by his children: Dwayne (Laura) Bentley, Joseph Bentley, and Ryan (Amanda) Bentley; step-children: Rachel Williams, Michelle Hetherington and Christal Hetherington; grandchildren: Ryan Bentley, Nikkie Bentley, Cass Fry, Travis Slater, Morgan Slater, Joshua Brown, Sarah Williams, Nicholas Williams, Hanah Williams, Robbie Williams, Rocco Natal; Great grandchildren: Kendyll, and Elijah; brother: Neal Bentley; sister-in-law: Wendy Bentley; and nephew, Joshua; special friend: Linda Swinehart. He was preceded in death by Douglas and his parents, significant other Linda Hetherington, and grandson Johnny.
