NORMAN B. GAMMAGE, age 89, formerly of Kingston and Caseville, died Monday, April 27, 2015 at Hurley Medical Center. His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will take place in Kingston Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 4-8PM on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at the funeral home. Norman was born on August 19, 1925 to Walter and Grace Gammage. He served in the US Navy and was a World War II Veteran. He worked for General Motors and retired from skilled trades. Norman enjoyed riding motorcycles, dancing, hunting, fishing, gardening, and wintering in Florida. He is survived by his wife, Virginia; children: Linda Gammage, Deborah (Matthew) Meaux, and Carol (Christopher) Young; step-sons: Victor (Jude) Linderman, Brian (Denise) Linderman, and Gregory Linderman; grandchildren: Ryan, Amber, Jason, Nicholas, Dacia, Sandra, Alex, Anna, Joy, Emily, Chris, Tabitha, and Tieler; several great-grandchildren; and special friend, Marilyn Joe DeBillis. He was preceded in death by his late wife, Norma Gammage; parents; and siblings: Mary, Lillian, Ed, Ray, and Betty.
