Norma Simpson

NORMA SIMPSON, age 80 of Millington, died Friday, August 31, 2012 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be 1PM Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at the Otisville Church of Christ, with Mr. Steve July officiating. Visitation will be Monday, September 3, 2012 from 11AM-2PM and from 4PM-8PM at the funeral home and Tuesday, September 4, 2012 from 10AM until the time of the service at the church. Burial will follow in the Millington Twp. Cemetery. Norma was born on March 19, 1932 to Fred and Bessie (Stebbins)
Gibbs. She married Charles Simpson on February 10, 1956 in Angola, IN. She was a member of the Otisville Church of Christ and loved to play euchre. Surviving are her children: Brenda (Brian) Tanner, Victor E. Simpson, Sr., and MaryAnn Mansfield; step-children: Janet (Charles) Riley, Richard (Sally) Simpson, Robert (Ruth) Simpson, Donna (Gary) Stewart, Michael (Bonnie) Simpson, Sr., Jerry (Janet) Simpson, James Simpson, and V. Darlene Simpson; 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 32 step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers: Earl and Norman; sister: Rena, Beatrice, and Amanda; step-children: Charles, Chester, and Paul; and step-granddaughter, Debra.
