Nadine N. Carter

NADINE NORENE CARTER age 78 of Vassar went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, February 29, 2008 at Fischer Convalescent Center, Mayville with her family at her bedside. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Paul McNett officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 PM-9 PM Monday March 3, 2008. Contributions may be made to the family. Nadine was born in Otter Lake, MI on February 12, 1930 to Harry G. and Annabelle (Powers) Foskett. She married Lawrence Carter on February 12, 1949. She was a homemaker and mother to her family. She was a happy and positive person. She loved sharing her faith and would help anyone in need.
Nadine leaves to cherish her memory her daughters: Linda and husband Gene Kennard of Burton, Debra and husband Edward Lesko of Mayville; sons: Mark Carter of Millington, Ronald Carter and wife Dawn of Vassar and Ray Carter and wife Pam of Millington; She had seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and one sister.
