Melba G. Lutz
MELBA G. LUTZ age 64 of Columbiaville died Saturday March 31, 2007 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday April 4, 2007 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Daryl Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 10 AM-9 PM. Contributions may be made to American Cancer Society. She was born in Arkansas on March 28, 1943 the daughter of Chestly and Ima Gene (Huckabay) Arnold. She married Larry Lutz on May 9, 1964 at South Flint Baptist Church.
Melba had resided in the Columbiaville area for many years. She enjoyed knitting and yard sales. After working in retail sales for 10 years she retired from Meijer Stores. Surviving are her husband: Larry D. Lutz; 2 sons Steven L. Lutz and Paul B. Lutz; daughter-in-law: Gisela Lutz; grandson: Greg L. Lutz; mother-in-law: Ila Lutz. Melba was preceded in death by son Greg A. Lutz in July 13, 2001 and her parents.
