Maryjane Davis

MARY JANE DAVIS, age 77 of Nation City, formerly of Otisville, died Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at McLaren-Lapeer. Her funeral service will be at Noon on Monday, September 30, 2019 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Sunday, September 29, 2019 from 1-8PM and Monday, September 30, 2019 from 10AM until the time of service. Mary was born on October 6, 1941 to George and Gladys Miller. In 1961, she married Eugene Davis. Mary sold Avon, Tupperware, Home Interior, and Sarah Coventry Jewelry. After graduating cosmetology school, she had her own in-home barber shop. She enjoyed shooting pool, going to the casino, playing bingo, and canning tomatoes. Mary went back to high school and graduated with her daughter, LouAnn, in 1978. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Eugene; children: LouAnn (George) Northrup, Robin Powers, Randy (Carla) Davis, Julie Gomez, and Chris (Krissy) Davis; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
