Marcia Ann Shaw

Marcia Ann Manser Shaw, age 63 of Mayville, died on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at her residence. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 2-6PM at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to NAMI, 4301 Wilson Blvd., Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203. Marcia was born in Flint on September 3, 1959 to James E. and Phyllis J. (Dittmar) Manser. She enjoyed gardening, canning, hunting, fishing, crocheting, and card stamping. She loved to send cards to everyone for every holiday and she never missed a holiday or birthday. Marcia recently retired from Denny's Supermarket in Otisville.

She is survived by her partner in life, LD Thompson; sibings: James Manser, Bethany (Brad) Long, and Linda Woodruff; stepdaughters: Jenny and Lisa; nieces: Renee, Brooke, and Sarah; nephews: Brent and Brandon; and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Shaw; parents; sister-in-law, Marcy Manser; and brother-in-law, Don Woodruff.
