Lyle A. Woodward

LYLE A. WOODWARD, age 71 of Otisville, died Saturday, March 24, 2018 at home. His funeral service will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Vision Pointe Assembly of God, with Pastor Tom Forgo officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowview Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 from 3-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice or Vision Pointe Assembly of God. Lyle was born on February 28, 1947 to Frederick and Phyllis Woodward in Flint, MI. He graduated from LakeVille High School in the class of 1965. He retired from General Motors Truck and Bus in 2001 after 30 years of service. Lyle attended Vision Pointe Assembly of God and enjoyed fishing and watching TV. Surviving is his wife, Nancy Woodward; children: David (Cheryl) Woodward, Chris (Sheila) Woodward, Jolee (Joseph) Robinson, Danay (Matthew) Egan, Allen (Chikako) Loree, and Paulette (Bryan) Lingenfelter; 19 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Raymond (Patricia Ayres) Woodward and Joanne (Kenneth) Shann. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Douglas and James Woodward.
