Lucille S. Wheaton

LUCILLE S. WHEATON, age 86 of Fostoria, died Friday, July 28, 2017 at Fisher Senior Care in Mayville, MI. Her funeral service will be held at 11AM on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home, with Chaplin Rod Sanderson-Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Watertown Twp. Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 4-8PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family or to the American Diabetes Association. Lucille was born in Flint, MI on October 1, 1930. She was the daughter of James and Julia Brooks. Lucille enjoyed reading, crocheting, and doing puzzle books. She also loved spending time with her family. Lucille is survived by her children: Beverly Worden, Douglas (Debbie) Wheaton, Karen Fall, Bonnie (Dennis) Phillips, Sharon (Mark) Dolliver, Cheryl Collins, Lawrence (Rhonda) Wheaton, Patricia (Thomas) Sweney, Pamela (Daniel) Jones, Susan (Richard) Joseph, and Shannon (Robert) LaLonde; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sister, Lorraine Jean Newman; and brother, Robert Brooks. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald H. Wheaton; son, Donald; daughter, Barbara; sisters: Esther and Marge; and brother, Earnest.
