Lisa Lawe

LISA MICHELLE LAWE, age 45, of Millington, passed away on May 10, 2022 at Maple Wood Manors of Clio. Lisa was born on January 17, 1977 to Norman Norris and Glenda Doss in Houston, TX. In 1995, Lisa met Kevin Lawe and they wed on May 25, 2001.

Lisa dedicated her life to being a fantastic mother and wife. She suppported them through the many passions and difficulties of their lives. She made it her mission to improve the lives of others.

Lisa loved collecting trinkets, such as owl-related decor and butterfly wind chimes. She enjoyed listening to bands, such as Fleetwood Mac, The Cranberries, and Florence and The Machine. She enjoyed staying busy at her jobs. She worked as a manager at Simon's grocery store for 10 years, before becoming a manager at Dollar General, where she was able to find even more collectable trinkets. She was loved by all customers and families in town who came to visit. She will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Lawe; children: Donnia (Zachary) Graney, Samantha (Jacob) Sywyk, and Matthew (Samantha) Lawe; brothers-in-law: Ken Lawe and Joe (Pam) Lawe; nieces, nephews, and great niece and nephews. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents; in-laws, Darrel and Annalee Lawe; and sister-in-law, Susan.

The family would like to thank the staff at Maple Woods Manor for Lisa's great care.

There will be a private celebration of life to be held at a later date.
