Leighanne Martin

LEIGHANNE MARTIN age 63 of Otisville, died Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Genesys Health Park. At the request of Leighanne there will be no service and cremation has taken place. Leighanne died from complications of Lou Gehrig's disease which was diagnosed 18 months ago. Contributions may be made to the Michigan ALS Association. She was born on February 27, 1946 to Charles and Doris Diehl and lived in the Otisville area. She married Richard Martin in Swartz Creek, MI on October 29, 1966. She was a homemaker, wife, mom, sister, daughter and friend. Surviving is her husband: Richard Martin; children:Todd Martin, Rich Martin, Anne Marie Martin-Carrier; grandchildren: Alexa Martin, Jacob Martin, Nathan Martin, Makayla Martin, Trevor Carrier, Adrian Carrier and Ella Carrier; siblings: Margie Gerding, Carol Young, Delynne Geraghty, Wayne Yungfer; numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded by her parents Charles Diehl and Doris Diehl; brother and sister: David Diehl and Janelle Diehl
