LARRY DEAN SEIDELL If you pulled out a Webster's Dictionary and looked up the word, "prankster", you would find a.) one who plays practical jokes or mischievous tricks b.) one who dresses up or makes a show, or c.) Larry D. Seidell. Throughout Larry's 30+ year history with General Motors, he was known for pulling pranks and making people laugh. He was the "KING" of practical jokes. His co-workers wouldn't even dream of retaliating, as he could "one-up" the best of them. It just wasn't worth it! Larry made a day at General Motors tolerable and gave his co-workers a reason to get out of bed and go to work. "When you had a job you didn't like going to, it just made your day when there were people at GM like Larry." Larry Dean Seidell age 60 of Clio, formerly of Otisville and Davison left his family and friends on Saturday July 5th, 2008 at Brian's House in Davison, after an extended battle with liver failure. Visitation will be Wednesday July 9, 2008, from 12 Noon to 7:00 PM. at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville. A memorial service will be 7:00 PM. Cremation has taken place. Larry was born in Imlay City on September 21, 1947 to James and Reba Seidell. Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing and golf. He retired from General Motors as an assembler and team leader. Surviving are his sons: Corey and wife Rhonda; Ryan and wife Dawn; Mother: Reba L. Seidell; brothers and sisters : Robert J. and wife Susan, Daniel L. and wife Cathy, Lonnie V., Sherry and husband Dan Perry, Sheila and husband Rick Reynold, Sandy and husband Dennis Ahola; 5 grandchildren Jacob, Allyssa, Joel, Christian, Haleigh. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his father James Seidell.
