Larry J. Phipps

LAWRENCE "LARRY" J. PHIPPS, age 50 of Mt Morris, died Thursday, February 23, 2017. His family held a private memorial service on Friday, February 24, 2017. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. Larry was born on July 4, 1966. He was a carpenter and could fix anything. He enjoyed fishing, bowling, woodworking, and spending time in the yard. Larry also liked spoiling his dogs and spending time with his family. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Carll; siblings: Chad Phipps, Donna (Dennis) Proffer, Karen (Vince) Candela, and Dale (Lynn) Carll; four nephews; two nieces; and five great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Carll.
