Kenneth D. Barden

KENNETH D. BARDEN, age 80 of Otisville and Anna Maria FL., died Thursday, June 16, 2016 at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. His memorial service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 4-8PM on Friday, June 17, 2016, and again on Saturday, June 18, 2016 from 11AM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Otisville American Legion Ezra Paul Post #321 or to the American Cancer Society. Kenneth was born on September 3, 1935 to Lesley and Gladys (Payne) Barden. Kenneth retired from AC after 33 years, while he was working he attended GMI. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working, gardening, helping the boys, and watching his grandchildren play sports. Surviving is his wife, Jacqueline; children: Michael (Chris Schwab) Barden and Tim (Stacy) Barden; grandchildren: Sarah, Aaron, Nick (Chelsea), Garrett, Justin, and Kate; great-grandchildren: Miranda and Kinsley; sister, Joan (Randy) Kippe; and sister-in-law, Monica Barden. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ann; brothers: Ronnie and Dick; and sister, Sharon Smith.
