A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home 116 Grove St. Otisville. Rev. Gary Loudermilk officiating. Burial in Smith Hill Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 4-8 pm Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in Judith's memory to the Little Lamb's Compassionate Ministry.
Judith was born in Charleston, Missouri on February 28, 1945, the daughter of the late Rev. D.K. and Dorothy Virginia (Witt) King. She graduated from Millington High School in 1963 after attending Taylor Center High most of her high school years. She was a resident of Otisville for 26 years where she was an active member of the Jaycettes, then Columbiaville for the last 23 years. Judith worked for nearly 30 years for Buick Motor Division as an accountant. She has been a lifelong member of the Church of the Nazarene where she often used the musical talents God blessed her with. Along with a beautiful alto voice and the ability to play piano by ear, Judith was also a very talented artist. She enjoyed all types of arts and crafts, including scrapbooking and card-making, but she was especially gifted with floral arrangement. She specialized in wedding florals and at one time owned a local flower shop in Otisville. But of all her accomplishments in life, nothing made her more proud than her family. When she wasn't crafting or finding "treasures" on the side of the road, she was most assuredly off spoiling her grandchildren.
She leaves behind her husband, Larry L. Carll, children; William "Chip" Carll and Jenifer (Randy) Tong. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren; McKenzie Minerd, Nathan (Jackie) Tong, Alisa (Stephen) Tong, Spencer (Michelle) Tong, Joelle Tong, Chloe Tong, Phoebe Tong, and great-granddaughter Alesana. She also leaves brother Lonnie (Dianne) King, and sisters-in-law Jeanie Carll and Shirley Carll as well as many nieces and nephews.
