Jonathan Lee Brown

Jonathan Lee Brown, age 79 of Columbiaville, formerly of Clio, died Thursday, October 23, 2025 at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place.

Jon was born on August 26, 1946 in Flint, MI to Lyle and Leona Brown.

He was a retired Flint Police Officer and was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Police. He was an avid gun collector and enjoyed fishing and playing cards and dominos. Jon was a pilot and a flight instructor; he flew out of Cagney airport in Clio for Many years. he later had a glider school a the Lapeer Airport.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Brown; siblings: Nan, Jenny, and Todd; and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Matt and his parents.
