John D. Carpenter

JOHN D. CARPENTER, age 76 of Otisville, died Thursday, June 14, 2012 at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at 5PM Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 20, 2012 from 3PM until the time of service at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place. John was born on August 31, 1935 to William and Marion (Leonard) Carpenter. He retired from General Motors and was a member of UAW Local 651. He was also a member of Otisville Church of Christ and he loved to hunt and fish. Surviving is his wife, Irene Carpenter; daughter, Mary Ann Carpenter-Keys; grandchildren: Adam Lavigueur, Johnny Carpenter, Megan Keys, Lindsay (Keys) Curtis, Joseph Keys, Marge Molloseau, Jenny Molloseau, and Matt Molloseau; great-grandchildren: Maicey, Easton, Sylvia, Avery, Jaxston, Alexis, and Jordan; and brother, Theodore Carpenter. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Randy Carpenter; daughter, Patricia Carpenter; sister, Dorothy July; and brother, James Carpenter.
