"Jay" Albert J. Axsom

"JAY" ALBERT J. AXSOM, age 73 of Otisville, died Monday, July 21, 2014. Funeral services will be 11 AM Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills. Visitation will be on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 10AM until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the family. Jay was born on May 30, 1941 to Ernest and Reita (Nicely) Axsom. He loved to read and was very good at trivia. Jay also enjoyed making jams with his wife, Mary, to give away to friends and family. Surviving is his wife, Mary; children: Wesley (Debra) Jenkins, Lesley (Anne) Jenkins, and Cindy Axsom; three grandchildren; and sisters: Emily Miller, Jackie Green, Marilyn Axsom, and Linda Whitaker. Jay was preceded in death by his parents.
