James "Denny" Robinson

James "Denny" Dennis Robinson, age 84 of Otisville, died on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at Medilodge of Montrose. His funeral service will be held at 1PM on Friday October 6, 2023 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Meadowview Cemetery in Davison. The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10AM until the time of his service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to:

Denny was born in Flint on December 20, 1938 to Marvin and Lester Robinson. He retired from General Motors and enjoyed bowling and golfing. He also worked on lawnmowers and was known by some people as the "lawnmower guy."  Denny never stood still. He always had to be doing something. He was known for telling jokes and was an avid Detroit Tigers and Lions fan.

Denny is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sandy Robinson; children: Steve Robinson and Michele "Shelly" Robinson; grandchildren: Kevin (Brittany) Roth, Jeffrey Heiler, and Zachary Albrecht; great grandchildren: Leiah and Kaylyn; and brother, Ronald Robinson. He was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Robinson; siblings: John Robinson, Jack Robinson, David Robinson, Marvine Williamson, and Ida Lee London; and his parents.
