Isabelle (Burns) Jean

ISABELLE (BURNS) JEAN, age 96 of Otisville, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Kra-Nur Manor in Burton. Funeral Services will be held at 1PM Monday, March 21, 2011 at Hudson Funeral Service with Rev. Kay Leitelt officiating. Visitation will be Saturday and Sunday from 1-8 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Smith Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Otisville Historical Society. Bob Jean and Isabelle Burns went on their first date on July 17, 1932 and later married on June 25, 1933. Isabelle was born on August 4, 1914 to Fred and Isabelle (Purcell) Burns. She was a dedicated member of the Otisville Historical Society. Surviving are her sons: Larry Jean of Florida, Dick Jean of Otisville, and Jack (Carolyn) Jean of Grand Blanc; 14 Grandchildren, many Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two children: Kenneth and Marilyn Coon; two granddaughters: Valarie and Victoria Coon; three brothers, and one sister.
