Harry (Bum) Alton Lindsay

HARRY A. (BUM) LINDSAY age 90 of Otisville died Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Clare-Bridge Care Facility. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday February 10, 2010 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Rev.Al Yerke officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-8 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association. He was born on October 16, 1919 the son Max and Ruth (Crippen) Lindsay. He married Agnes Rye August 23, 1946 at Millington. He was a member of U.A.W. Local #651, a SSgt. in WWII (Army) European Theater, and Battle of the Bulge. Bum retired from AC Spark Plug after 43 years, retiring in 1981. Surviving is wife: Agnes; 5 sons: Hal (Rosemary) of Burton, Max (Vicky) of Alpena, Ted (Wanda) of Highlands Ranch, CO., Jon of Otisville, Kim (Pam) of Davison; 8 grandchildren; a great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his parents, a sister Maxine, and a brother Cecil. A special thanks to Clare-Bridge of Grand Blanc.
