HAROLD EARL ALBURTUS age 59 of Millington died Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at Genesys Health Park. Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, May 3, 2007 at Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Rev. Jim James officiating. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family for a charity of their choice.
Howard was born November 7, 1947 in Flint, MI the son of Howard and Viola (Ranger) Alburtus. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for GenOak Construction and Flint Road Builders for 33 years. Retiring 3 years ago. Member of V.F.W. Post 4087. He loved to hunt, fish and spend time boating with his family.
Surviving are his children: Tina (Anthony) Musco of Ft. Wayne, IN, Tammie Jackett of Flint, Michael (Becky) Jackett of Millington, Jason (Samantha) Alburtus of Fostoria, and Kaley (Ken) Douglas of Columbus, IN.; grandchildren: Adriana, Elizabeth, Christopher, Angelina, Courtney, Channon, Jonathon, Andrew, Lucas, Jordon, Morgan, Katie and Kolton; brother and sisters: Mary (Jerry) Divin, Howard (Sheri) Alburtus, Frances Eldridge and Sandi Coates. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Jonnie Lou in 1996.
