GORDON H. ROTH age 75 of Otisville died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday June 14, 2010 at St. Martin Lutheran Church, Birch Run, MI, Pastor David Hensler officiating. Private family burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday 11 AM to 8PM and Monday at the church from 10 AM to service time. He was born July 18, 1934 the son of Harland and Hattie Roth. He married Virginia Schott September 6, 1958 at St. Paul Lutheran in Flint. Gordon was a member of St. Martin Lutheran Church. He was head of the retiree's group activities. Gordon enjoyed gardening, building, playing the organ and singing in the choir. He was also a master gardener. He retired from AT&T – PBX repair. Surviving are his wife Virginia; sons: Tracy (Sandy) of Owosso, Todd of Otisville, daughter: Terese (Tom) Alvord of Millington; four grandchildren: two great-grand daughters and one great- grand son; brothers: Ronald (Joanne) Roth of Otisville, and Burton (Sharon) Roth of Clio; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Larry.
