GORDON G. BOEHMER of North Lake age 79, died Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at Abby Park, Grand Blanc. Funeral service will be held 11: 00 AM Saturday December 2, 2006 at the Hudson Funeral Service. Burial in Watertown Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 3 – 9 PM. Memorial service by Mayville Lodge 394 F&AM 7:30 PM Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Civil Air Patrol . Gordon was born the son of George and Laura (Caswell) Boehmer on July 16, 1927. He married Mildred VanWagoner. Gordon was a Lt. Col. In the Michigan Wing Hq. Civil Air Patrol, member of U.A.W. #659, Life member of Masonic Lodge #394 F&AM of Mayville. He retired from Ternstedt as a tool and die maker. He survived by daughter, Charlotte Rose; 2 sons, Curtis (Shelley) Boehmer and Charles Boehmer; 5 grandchildren,, William (Kristin), Valerie (Ryan), Joshua Andrew, Dana, and Lance; 2 great grandchildren, Tyler and Autumn; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ethel (Vincent) Sagnelli, Eugene VanWagoner, Ward VanWagoner, Joyce Ewert, Lois Morgan, Neil VanWagoner, Clyde (Helga) VanWagoner, Dale (Linda) VanWagoner, and Martha VanWagoner, also many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, parents and brother Charles.
