Geraldine M. Pettit-Lewis

GERALDINE M. PETTIT (LEWIS), age 96 of Otisville, died Saturday, October 24, 2015. Her funeral service will be held at 2PM on Friday, October 30, 2015 at the Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Friday, October 30, 2015 from 11AM-until the service time. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer's Association. Geraldine was born on September 3, 1919 to Glen and Gladys Jennings. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, playing the organ, and spoiling her cats. Geraldine is survived by her sons: Billie (Edith) Pettit and Darrell (Teresa) Pettit; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands: Carl Pettit of 65 years and David Lewis of 3 years; daughter, Joanne (Don) Nieman; 2 sisters; 1 brother; and her parents.
