GERALD CHURCH age 82 of Otisville died Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at his residence funeral service will be noon Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Hudson Funeral Service. Visitation will be Friday from 11AM-9PM at the funeral home. Pastor Gene Smith will officiate. Burial will take place in Flint Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to U of M Cardiac Center (VAD Program). He was born October 2, 1928 to Roy and Irene Church. Gerald owned and operated Church and Sons Auto Parts for 50 years. He also was a member of the Lions Club, American Legion Post #504, the LakeVille School Board, Korean War Veteran. He also enjoyed spending time hunting and fishing. Surviving are his children: Duane (Karen) Church, Michael (Maria) Church, Rickie (Linda) Church, Melinda (Tim) Glowniak, Terry (Sandy) Church. 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Gordon (Lottie) Church, Gary (Doris) Church, Ken (Marilyn) Walters, Jack (Joanne) Wheeler, and Beverly Church. Gerald was preceded in death by his wife Wanda, son Eddie Church.
