George Earl Morgan

GEORGE EARL MORGAN of Columbiaville, age 80, died Thursday December 30, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Monday January 3, 2011 at the Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Pastor Allen Duce officiating. Visitation will be Saturday 2 to 4 PM and Monday 10AM to 1 PM. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice. George was born the son of Ira B. and Pansy Mae (Payne) Morgan. He married Grace A. Duvall March 9, 1951 in Arkansas. George was a member of U.A.W. Local #598. He loved hunting, fishing, farming and his family. He retired from GM Truck and Bus in 1987. Surviving is his wife: Grace; children: Brenda and Chuck Mulholland, Debra and Fred Dickerman, and Glen and Diane Morgan; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and 7 sisters; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a daughter Mary Sue, his parents and a brother.
