Gene Carl Gross

GENE CARL GROSS, age 74 of Millington, died Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 11AM Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Mumford Hudson Funeral Home, with Pete Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in Millington Twp. Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, February 14, 2013 11AM-1PM and 4-8PM at the funeral home. Contributions may be made to the family. Gene was born on December 8, 1938 to Lewis and Clarabelle (Smith) Gross. He married Peggy Light on September 7, 1977 under a Buckeye tree in Ohio. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and bonfires. Surviving is his wife, Peggy; children: Debbie (Vern) Diener, Larry (Becky) Gross, Dawn Gross, Robin Gross, Kathy (Pete) Williams, Keith (Diane) Gross, Patti (Bruce) Prince, Joe (Melissa) Gross, John (Chrissy) Gross, TJ (Amanda) Gross; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers: Jerry Gross and Dick (Sharon) Gross; sister, Gale O'Brian; and sister-in- laws: Doris Gross and Bonnie Gross. He was preceded in death by his son, Terry Gross; parents; brothers: Gordon Gross and Jim Gross; and brother-in-law, Glenn.
