Earnestine Millington

EARNESTINE MILLINGTON, age 85 of Columbiaville, died Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at her residence. Her funeral service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Otisville. Burial will follow in Smith Hill Cemetery. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 6-8PM and Friday, January 9, 2015 from 10AM-8PM at the funeral home. Earnestine was born on June 26, 1929 to Earnest and Lucina (Ross) Galle. Earnestine married Howard Millington on June 6, 1975. She retired from AC Spark Plug in 1988 after 38 years of service. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, going to auctions, and taking day trips around Michigan and through the Upper Peninsula. Surviving is her husband, Howard Millington; children: Dianne (Rick) Cherry, Dana (Maryann) Zovishlack, Dale (Cindy) Blake, Ed (Cindy) Millington, Dan Millington, Dick (Cheryl) Millington, Ruth Halben, Sue (Randy) Goss, Mary Millington, Mickey Millington; daughter-in-law, Joan Millington; 28 grandchildren, 50 great- grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lou Galle; half-sister, Jessie Lee Flejal; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Korki. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Carlene Suzanna; son, Bill Millington; granddaughters: Andrea Hunt and Brittany Robertson; parents; brothers: LeRoy Galle, Max Wolverton and Bill Wolverton; and sisters: Madalynn Brausseur and Maxine Lillar.
