Dorothy Virginia King

Dorothy Virginia King of Columbiaville, age 91,died Tuesday November 15, 2016 at her residence. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday November 19, 2016 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home 116 Grove St. Otisville. Rev. Jerry Wallace, Rev. Tom Maitland, and Rev. Gary Loudermilk officiating. Burial in Thetford Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Dorothy's memory to Family Community Church of the Nazarene. Dorothy was born in Franklin Indiana on April 4, 1925 the daughter of the late Curtis & Mattie (Bullard) Witt, and has resided in the Columbiaville - Lapeer area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Rev. Donald King in 1944 and he preceded her in death in 2001. Dorothy has been a life long member of the Nazarene Church. She leaves children; Judith (Larry) Carll, and Lonnie (Dianne) King. She also leaves her loving grandchildren; William (Michelle) Carll, Jenifer (Randy) Tong, Kyleen (William) Dickerson, Geoffrey King, and eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
