Donna Joyce Weston, born April 28th, 1931, passed away peacefully on April 7th, 2021 at the age of 89 at Salari Nursing Home in Port Charlotte, Florida, with her loving son, Jim at her side. Donna was known for her quiet, loving manner and known far and wide for her baking, especially for her lemon meringue pies. She was known for her beautiful cross stitch and she crocheted many baby blankets and sweaters. Donna was active at West Forest United Methodist Church and the Otisville Order of the Eastern Star Nourmahal Chapter #282 until she moved to Florida in 2018. Donna loved to coupon shop and would never let a coupon go unused. Donna loved her little faithful dog, George, who frequently visited her at Salari. She also enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy every night with her son Jim. Donna is lovingly remembered and survived by her sister, Marilyn Barrett; sons and daughter in laws: Edward and Carol (Jones) Weston, James and Cheryl (DeMott) Weston, Irwin Weston and Becky (Sanborn) Weston, and Dennis and Joanne (Geiger) Weston; grandchildren: Terri (Weston Gifford) and Chad Andrews, Edward and Tabitha Weston, Connie (Weston) and Rob Wolf, Robert and Martha (Nunez) Weston, Kristina Weston, Nathan Weston, Michelle (Weston) Tim Alswede, Andrew and Abbie Weston, Rachel (Weston) and Paul Nagel; and many great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Weston in 2009; sister, Virginia (Geiger) Baxter in 2012; mother, Myrtle Geiger in 1989; and father, Donald Geiger in 1981.
