Debra A. Harris

DEBRA ANN HARRIS, age 60 of Lapeer, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016. Her funeral service will be held at 3PM on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Mumford-Hudson Funeral Home. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society, 30300 Telegraph Rd., Suite 220, Bingham Farms, MI 48025. Debi was born on August 8, 1955 to James and Margaret Harris. She earned her cosmetology license and loved doing people's hair. She enjoyed playing electronic casino games, going to the casino, crafting, and talking with friends. She also collected dolphin and angel figurines. Most of all, Debi loved spending time with her dog, Charlie. No matter the circumstances, Debi was always happy and made the most out of her life. Surviving are her children: Sandy (Terry) Church, Tony (Heather) Sackett, and Mitch (Stacy Yeary) Sackett; 4 grandchildren; parents; siblings: Denny (Karen) Harris, Dawn (David) Ress, Dean (Sandy) Harris, and Dana (Scott) Stemple; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
