Deborah Lee (Owenby) Slater

DEBORAH LEE SLATER age 54 of Clio, died Saturday July 3, 2010 at Brian's House, Davison. Funeral service will be held 11 AM Wednesday July 7, 2010 at Hudson Funeral Service, Otisville, Rev. Gerald Mumford officiating. Burial will be in Smith Hill Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 AM – 8 PM Tuesday. Deborah was born October 18, 1955 the daughter of Dillard and Rosalee (Nix) Owenby. She married Danny Slater. She retired from the Flint Journal as a carrier. Surviving are husband: Danny Slater; children: Robert (Gloria) Weaver, Kiley Weaver, Keisha Weaver; 8 grandchildren: mother; Rosalee Owenby; father: Dillard Owenby. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and a sister.
