Deana June Vanderveer

Deana June Vanderveer, age 86 of Millington, died on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at Amy's Angels. A funeral mass will take place at 11AM on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at St. Charles & Helena Church, 230 E. Vienna St., Clio, MI 48420, with Rev. Fr. Ken Coughlin officiating. Burial will follow in St. John Cemetery in Davison. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 10AM until the time of her service. Deana was born in Detroit on December 28, 1936 to C. Dean and Evelyn Mock. She was a member of St. Charles & Helena Church and loved reading and gardening. She is survived by her children: Lisa (John) Sabo, William (Jennifer) Vanderveer, and John Vanderveer; grandchildren: Greg, Amy, Augie, Jonathan, Kary, Marianne, Chrissy, and Ashley; 11 great grandchildren; and sister, Karen (Bob) Sassak. She was preceded in death by her parents.
